How often should I change my toothbrush?

How often do you change your toothbrush?

It is recommended that you should change your toothbrush at least every three months as the bristles wear out and become less effective over time. If you wear braces, it’s likely you will be cleaning your teeth more often and taking more care to clean around the brackets and wires. This will result in your toothbrush wearing out sooner and needing replacing more often.

We have a great new range of high-quality Curaprox toothbrushes available at the practice. These bright and colourful brushes are extremely well made and have soft bristles making the cleaning of your teeth comfortable and effective. Make sure you ask one of the team about them the next time you are in to see us.

Extremely happy with the service received from this clinic. Everyone is patient and friendly. Specially thanks to Lamia, a young lady with passion and professional attitude, who makes my daughter and me feel at ease straight away. Also Dr Wood is brilliant!
