Put my son at ease and did a good job of explaining to him what was happening. The dentist doing the braces was wonderful, careful, pleasant and fast, Good all-round and I would be happy to recommend to others.
The orthodontist was fantastic with my daughter who was very anxious. Very gentle and such a kind nature. Explained everything carefully and made sure she was happy. We were told to phone up with any concerns /questions.
The orthodontist was very kind and polite i have never met anyone as polite as him he made as very comfortable and easy to talk to he explained everything very well.

Staff professional throughout. Took time to explain process of braces being fitted and advice on care of teeth at our first visit and answered all our questions. Orthodontists put my son at ease and give thorough updates on his progress at each visit . They have been excellent at keeping in touch during the current pandemic , providing ongoing virtual consultation. I would highly recommend this practice, 5 star all the way!
Had a great experience of this orthodontics & rate it 5*. All staff are lovely & Robbie Wood is amazing & answered all queries I had. My daughters braces were fit and she hasnt had any issues. However, a little more aftercare advice would have been helpful and maybe a a starter pack to include wax would have been appreciated.
Staff was fantastic. My girl is artistic and was very worried about going but they made her feel very welcome and explained everything to her.
I still rate this place as 5* only thing I would have liked is a starter pack for after care for braces. My daughter felt like it would of been nicer if she was given better aftercare information.

East Midlands orthodontics is a very good practice. My second child is having treatment here with the third waiting on his referral.
Friendly professional team, my son's teeth sorted in less than 2 years with minimal pain, very happy with the outcome, very good experience, highly recommended.
